Houseworks Construction company has been doing quality remodels in the greater Seattle area since 1991.  Founded by Tim House upon the principles of treating customers, staff, subcontractors, design teams, and suppliers with warmth and respect, we’ve enjoyed the success of seeing members of our staff achieve their life goals while with us for decades and watched our customers’ families grow through multiple projects.  With an emphasis on clear communication, honesty, hard work, craftsmanship and professionalism, we strive to continue the traditions that got us to where we are today.  Where others cut corners, we stay uncompromising to achieve our standards of quality.  Where others try to upsell, we stay committed to the idea of keeping the customer’s specific needs in constant consideration.

In 2021, Tim handed over the keys to Ryan Egan and Kelsey Abeyta to continue the long-standing values and hard-earned reputation of providing our customers with a relationship that we hope lasts for the rest of their lives.  Ryan’s work life started with Tim at the age of 15, and as many times as Ryan tried Tim’s patience, Tim remained dedicated to showing Ryan, as he has done with so many others, the way to establish and maintain genuine friendships, even when mixed in a professional setting.  Houseworks has maintained the core group of its craftsmen and subcontractors through that very principle, that relationships are what makes the work special, and that is what we try to bring to every project we do.
